LGHS Treble Choir selected for WACDA

The Treble Choir was selected as one of the featured performing ensembles for the Western American Choral Directors Association (WACDA) Conference,  held on March 6, 2026 at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Joseph in San Jose, Ca. This highly selective honor places the LGHS Treble Choir among the premier high school choirs in the western United States.

The WACDA Conference, part of the national American Choral Directors Association (ACDA) network, is the largest regional gathering for choral educators and professionals representing Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, and Utah. Ensembles invited to perform are selected through a rigorous, juried audition process that requires the submission of live performance recordings. Only a small number of choirs are selected from a highly competitive applicant pool.  See photos here
