for LGHS Music

VOLUNTEER CLEARANCE EVENT!

This is a great opportunity to get cleared to volunteer for any functions at school (not just for music)! Get clearned at LGHS on Thursday, September 12 between 4 & 6pm (right before Back to School Night). Stay tuned for required paperwork.

HOW TO SIGN UP USING CUTTIME

Unless otherwise specified, we are using CutTime to manage volunteer positions and sign-ups!  Use your magic link to see what's available.  If you don't have your magic link, click here to retrieve it using your phone number.

 

CHOIR

  • Chaperones! Sign up on CutTime​

    • Help is needed for swim time and dinner at the Choir Camp on September 14th, 9am-6pm. ​

 

MARCHING BAND / COLOR GUARD

  • Football Sales fundraisers.  Sign up on CutTime.

    • Help is needed to prepare food in advance, set up, sell, and clean up, starting at the first games (JV and Varsity) on Friday, Sept, 6th

  • Pit Crew!  Sign up here.

    • Pit Crew is a season-long commitment which includes 2 rehearsals. Pit Crew will push audio, front ensemble equipment and drum major podiums onto the field.

ORCHESTRA

  • Chaperones!  Sign up here.

    • NINE chaperones are needed for the overnight orchestra camp Sept 21 & 22. 

Get Cleared to Volunteer!

Most volunteer positions require district clearance, unless otherwise stated. You will need fingerprinting, background check, and TB assessment. Visit this page for more information. (TB assessments expire every 4 years. Fingerprinting and background checks do not expire.)

Note: Getting cleared for the K-8 district is a separate process.
