Current Volunteering Needs
for LGHS Music

VOLUNTEER RENEWALS!

We have an urgent need for parents to pay attention to their volunteer clearance status. Many parents have not completed the Annual Volunteer Renewal. Approximately 40% are no longer eligible to volunteer. You should have received an email on Tuesday, Aug 20th from District HR, Flora Alcoba. Please take 15-20 minutes to complete this process.

HOW TO SIGN UP USING CUTTIME

Unless otherwise specified, we are using CutTime to manage volunteer positions and sign-ups!  Use your magic link to see what's available.  If you don't have your magic link, click here to retrieve it using your phone number.

 

CHOIR

MARCHING BAND / COLOR GUARD

  • Football Sales fundraisers.  Sign up on CutTime.

    • Help is needed to prepare food in advance, set up, sell, and clean up.

ORCHESTRA

Get Cleared to Volunteer!

Most volunteer positions require district clearance, unless otherwise stated. You will need fingerprinting, background check, and TB assessment. Visit this page for more information. (TB assessments expire every 4 years. Fingerprinting and background checks do not expire.)

Note: Getting cleared for the K-8 district is a separate process.
