Unless otherwise specified, we are using CutTime to manage volunteer positions and sign-ups!  Use your magic link to see what's available.  If you don't have your magic link, click here to retrieve it using your phone number.

ALL ENSEMBLES

  • Parent help needed for the LG Music Festival on 1/21 (Choir & Band) and 1/22 (Orchestra).  Sign up via CutTime.

WINTER PERCUSSION & WINTER GUARD

  • We need parent help with driving (trailer and students) and food. Winter Guard is looking for a co-lead.  Please see the Jan 12 newsletter for signup links.

ORCHESTRA

  • Chaperones needed for Jan 9th trip to the San Francisco Symphony. Sign up via Cuttime.

CHOIR

  • None at this time

Get Cleared to Volunteer!

Most volunteer positions require district clearance, unless otherwise stated. You will need fingerprinting, background check, and TB assessment. Visit this page for more information. (TB assessments expire every 4 years. Fingerprinting and background checks do not expire.)

Note: Getting cleared for the K-8 district is a separate process.
