Complete this form if you plan to loan an LGUSD-owned instrument for more than 1 semester. The requested contribution is $225 / instrument.
Complete this form if your student participates in the R.J. Fisher Marching Band.
Complete this form if your student participates in orchestra, choir, or band at Fisher Middle School
Complete this form to register for the Fisher Middle School Color Guard.
Complete this form if a student instrument rental got damaged no later than 14 days after occurrence.
We always need volunteers throughout the year, so please get cleared now! You need to upload your drivers license and TB Assessment.
